Summary Extended Description Audio Sample   CMP 1199 Duet for flute and guitar with optional projection. Grade 5. Approx. duration: nine and a half minutes. Set includes score and two parts. Commissioned by flutist and composer Daniel Cueto and guitarist Mircea Gogoncea, this work is inspired by photographs taken by the composer’s father. In three movements, the piece was conceived to be performed with a projection of photographs in the background. (Additional information included in the score). This work was premiered by the above-mentioned musicians on July 12, 2016 in Lima, Peru. This piece was the winner in the 2018 National Flute Association Newly Published Music Competition in the “Duets with Other Instruments” category.
